This is the only rental company I would ever recommend and I’ve used two others. When something is broken they come out and check it the day I call and get it fixed usually that day, but if not as soon as they physically can. One time our AC was broken for 3 weeks. They did everything they could. Wasn’t their fault. Gave us window units AND $100 off our rent for the inconvenience. They are always kind and considerate.
