Very disappointed after reading all the great reviews. My husband had chicken and ribs...the chicken was overcooked and smothered with sauce, tri-tip had a lot of fat. My hamburger was way overcooked and very salty, the bun was too small for the patty and the lettuce was all wilted. We left a lot of food on our plates. Ketchup was watery, beans had a funny taste........
Thank You Walter and crew. My son graduated from Fresno State today. My son and all our guests loved the food you provided. I could not have picked a better place to cater our event.
