Gary Taylor provided top shelf customer service and information when we needed it most. Was available via cell and email with immediate call back and resolutions. He was willing to work with outside entities like insurance to ensure we had our business taken care of and the project was moved forward. The engagement started with a very competitive quote, and was executed with skill and dispatch. Alex communicated effectively throughout the process, and responded in a timely manner to feedback. The project was completed on time and on budget, and Alex’s leadership was key to its success.
I highly Recommend Watts. They were on time gave us a good price, and went above and beyond fixing some repairs that were needed. Gary listened to our needs and desires.
