Dr. Waters was very kind, gentle & thorough, easy to get an appointment....Dr. Waters ordered small instruments to adjust to my tear duct size. Administrative staff are very concerned about working with your schedule. Dr. Waters gave a complete diagnosis, & what options I might have in the future. He discussed the use of eye make up, & permanent eyeliner. Very pleased with his professional work ethic.
Don't bother turning to google to find a good ophthalmologist. This one won't see you unless you're referred by a doctor or patient... must be some kind of culty inner-circle or something. Doesn't matter that your insurance doesn't require referrals. Never heard of such a thing. Must be nice to not need new business.
