My experience could not have been better! The entire team was friendly, cheerful and professional. While we discussed ideas and options for whitening, mouth guards, etc, I never felt like I was being "upsold" on any additional products or services. Just a great team and a great experience. Waters creek has the best hygienists. Ursula is the greatest. We enjoy coming to see her and have her take care of us. She makes you feel welcome and at ease for getting the work done. She is great with kids as well. Our son loves coming to see her.
My family and I love coming to Watters Creek Dental. We always receive top notch customer service! We love Ursula and Dr. Weyandt. They both are professional and give the best care. Everyone in the office is super friendly and personable from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Best dentist office hands down!
I have been going here for 18 years now and I would not dare go anywhere else. Everyone who works there has been extremely nice right down to the person at the front desk. She is the first person you see and the last one as well. Very polite and helpful. I would recommend to anyone that this is the best place to come to for all your dental needs.
