We have taken our fur babies to Watters Animal Hospital since they opened and would never even think of taking them anywhere else. Dr. Pupp is BY FAR the best around! She is so knowledgeable and detailed in her care, but also has such a calming manor with the animals which helps with my fur babies that are scared of everything! I know that my doggies are receiving the best!
If you're in Collin County and you're looking for an AMAZING veterinarian office, these guys are GREAT! They always get you back to a room immediately, there is never any cross traffic in the waiting area, and the employees have the best customer service! We are so grateful to have them to take care of our furbaby � Plus, my pup tells me they give the best belly rubs and treats �

Hazel received excellent care today. Really impressed with the staff professionalism and the updates we got throughout the day. She does have to wear the dreaded e-collar. I found an inflatable one similar to human airplane neck pillows. Fingers crossed it will work out
Dr Pupp and her wonderful staff have given my dog Jack the best care in the world and treat him like he was their own! Jack loves his visits every time! Kosmo the cat also loves Dr Pupp too! I live in Greenville and drive over an hour for my visits here at watters animal hospital. i would never think of taking my beloveds anywhere else. my guys are so well taken care of here! Dr. Pupp was very caring friendly and so was her staff! I highly recommend bringing in you pets!
As a Doctor I would give 5 stars, but our dog who is sick that they have been treating would not squeeze us in for an emergency visit.
Dr. Pupp and her staff were wonderful. I left my puppy to get neutered and they made me feel so comfortable and updated me very throughly! The surgery went very well and I could not be more happy with them!
