I have called several vet clinics in the area seeking urgent medical treatment for my dog and was declined by many offices because they were booked. No one seemed concerned that my dog was in distress and required immediate care. Watters Animal Hospital was the only clinic that was willing to fit me in and were able to provide exceptional treatment over a holiday weekend. We could not be more thankful for Dr. Pupp and feel so fortunate to have our pup Cooper cared for by Watters Animal Hospital! Dr. Pupp is extremely knowledgeable and she explains information and any necessary steps in his care in a way that is easy to understand and follow through with. Every single time we have needed copies of vaccinations or even documentation to order special food, the office has taken care of our needs the same day. Dr. Pupp is a very compassionate, honest, and sets a very high standard for her work as well as her staff! She saved our puppy! He had Parvo, and not only did she revive him, she sent us pictures and videos along the way during his recovery. They have taken wonderful care of both of our Dogs for the last 5 years, and we would not even consider taking them anywhere else! We use their boarding services as well, and we always know they are in good hands.
Dr. Pupp and her staff have always been so amazing and accommodating. There have been times where I needed to get our dog in quickly, and they were able to squeeze me in. Dr. Pupp is so sweet and personable and loved our doggy so much. Unfortunately we had to put our dog down this summer and she helped our family through this tough time.
The front staff is simply the reason I’m changing vets.
I cannot recommend Watters animal hospital or doctor Pupp enough. Extremely kind and thorough. Update: I’m still blown away by the care my kitty received this weekend, especially at Watters Animal Hospital. They just called me and said they were thinking about him all weekend and were wondering if he had gotten to come home yet (from a 24hr facility where he had been transferred) and asked how he was doing.
