0 starts really. Legal action & awareness needs to happen about this place and it’s owners. They are having cars illegally towed, insect infestations such as: black widows & cockroaches, dry rot, mold everywhere. The property manager refuses to respond.

This company must be going under. The building capital towers in Sacramento is ran terribly and the building has t been painted in 2 years since they did major repairs. Must be dry on cash. Oh and they won’t evict if there is over 20 complaints for late night noise from tennant

Totally corrupt company. They lie and cheat their renters. Their properties are not maintained. Bugs, mold, bad appliances, lead paint... and they dodge their emails and phone calls. On top of it they try to sue their renters when they move. I have heard it all from my neighbors, neighbors that have moved, and current renters and myself. One summer they closed the pool for maintenance but did not bother to reopen it until fall. I haven't had AC in three years and it is 110 in the summer.
