After being a patient for over 20 years, they cancelled my appointment due to an outstanding balance of $32. I paid them their money they felt I owed and they were quite rude about it. I will say I spoke my peace and lo and behold it turns out I never owed them the money. Looks like someone in their office doesn’t know how to properly bill insurance. Last week I received a refund check from my insurance company. They lost all of my family’s business over this mishap! Not a good business practice!
The staff was friendly and Dr. Henzler was great. He had a great balance between conversation and letting you just be. The staff did a great job of making me feel welcomed. I'm not a fan of dentists, but being in need, this place took care of me and reminded they would be here if I ever have questions or need help with anything regarding my dental health. Thanks for being great.
Tam and Dr Chomas were amazing. I needed a filling and he fit me in quickly,and it was super quick. They were super friendly and helpful!
I haven't been to a dentist for 13 years because of fear of them. Everyone who works here is so caring. Dr Chomas filled one of my teeth today and he was wonderful! I had no pain and he was quick. Thanks again everyone for a wonderful experience, it will be easier to go again in the future!
