Had everything I needed that other places didn’t
Used to be the best place to pick up supplies. I've had my pool 19 yrs. The past few years customer experience has been awful. I've been sold an incorrect skimmer vacs, baskets, filters, and now having issues with hoses. The biggest concern is that there is never any attempt to problem solve or find a solution. It's always a bad attitude & basically you're out of luck. I was considering a new pool and I won't be shopping at Watson's this time. Leslie's gave me great customer service today!
Worst customer service EVER today may 19 2025. I wouldn’t give 1 star if I didn’t have too to do this review. Poor availability and options. The young man behind the counter should not hold a client facing position.
