Reached out and was able to get customer service agent Joshua. Guy was a great help. Helped me reset my password and fix my account. I had been locked out and ended up with a late fee. Joshua was able to help me get the late fee waived. Thanks again Joshua.

Joshua was the person that was helping me out he did very good more than what I expected because when I call another company you don't get Representatives the way you do with this gentleman when he speaks to you he speaks to you as someone that is going to help out and take his time not rushing like every other company I believe the other companies are hiring anybody and not going to the proper training but Joshua he is very excellent on his customer skills and that right there is an A+ for me that's what I look for in compa... read more

Easy Self-Storage Unit. I had a 10 by 15 with a front door, main gate always worked well, and thankfully I did not have to deal with a break-in or need to file a claim with insurance.
