I recently won an auction and it was at this facility in San antonio. I attempted to enter 4 times. So after driving 70 miles each time I was upset . I attempted calling to no avail. I was finally in contact with someone who said that I would be issued a full refund. After the first week ,from the supposedly issued time, I was in contact again and told to wait longer.
