The storage units themselves are what you'd expect just a room and a door. However the facility could definitely use a touch up. On the other hand the customer service reps (Joshua in particular) are quick to assist and help with any problems that occur.
Very important to have people that have the expertise and attention to detail that Silvia has,definitely a plus to your company...!!!!!
