Huge shout out and gratitude to Tim Watson, Ron and the rest of the Watson Supply crew for fantastic customer service! We bought an outdoor fireplace from them, and they just placed it this morning. They had to maneuver a large skid steer in a narrow spot to get the fireplace squarely on its concrete base. Tim personally supervised and guided Ron when he couldn't see the ends of the forks while adjusting the placement. I would recommend them to anyone!
Watson supply is one of our favorite suppliers and friends in the industry. They are always working hard to earn our business and today is just another small example of that. Thanks so much Chris for lunch!
Great family atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, leaders in educating its consumers, great show room!
Money is their only motivation. They do not value a contractor’s privacy and confidentiality. When they lost us as a client after 5 years their only concern was fiscal loss and not the relationship. If you are seeking a relationship where discussions are held in confidence I suggest avoiding Ron Juchem. When the issue was brought up with owner Tim Watson, his response was merely that boys will be boys and that was “counter talk”.
