I absolutely love Watson and Son! I have had two excellent interactions; one was an appraisal done for a ring left to me by my late beloved mother, and the other was a replacement of diamonds missing from my grandmother's engagement/wedding set. Very friendly transactions, great customer service, and even a quick jewelry cleaning tutorial. The settings took longer than they had originally thought, so they hand delivered my jewelry back to me at home AFTER hours! Wow, that's service!
