Not honest people. They continue to collect money from Rental applicants when they know others are ahead of them and approved. If you call about a home prior to submitting your application, they will not tell you if others are ahead of you, encourage you to apply and later keep your money. I was approved due to my income and 750 credit score but someone else was approved ahead of me and kept my $100 deposit. They continued after me to still take applicants money.
