I rented from Watson property management for over a year and it was a great experience. They’re so easy to communicate with and Wonderfull to work with. Callee and April were very helpful with any question we had. If you’re planning on renting, rent with Watson.
Just for basic information very rude unprofessional don’t recommend if the initial conversation starts off as if your not a possible tenant red flag once your a tenant I’m just guessing the unprofessional ism is worse. By looking at the reviews this is not a consideration anymore thank you for being rude right from the start to guide me elsewhere.
There was no other option other than giving the lowest one. If there was an option, I could have given a negative star for their unethical and unprofessional work. To start with, this company was representing the seller and after multiple counter offers (even for these steps they took their sweet time) and after pushing on closing the loan in as short as 10 days, they have decided to go with another offer.
