Nicole is an all right provider. At first I was really excited to work with her she seemed very kind and compassionate. However, I don’t believe she was open to hearing what I truly needed. Additionally, I had been asking their office for my documentation for about 2 months and it wasn’t until today that they informed me all I needed to do was send an email. So that was really frustrating. I will be switching providers. Not a bad practice, just not a good fit for me and this was my experience.
Did not work with Nicole directly. The provider I worked with led with medication recommendations rather than taking time to better understand my concerns. After I voiced my discomfort, I did feel heard, but it was not the best first impression. The billing process was also more frustrating than necessary for something that should have been straightforward.
Nicole provides wonderful care with such compassion and expertise. I highly recommend her!
