Great service from the phone call in to the techs that came out. They were quick, kind, and efficient. We will use them if we have any other plumbing needs.
Javier’s crew came out to solve a mystery as to why our tankless water heater system was suddenly not keeping up with our normal needs after 4 1/2 years of being great. They worked all the possible causes for the problem, including talking with tech support for our water heater. They traced the problem down through multiple possible causes & discovered the water saver in our shower head, with time had clogged up somewhat & that resulted in not enough water flow to trigger the tankless water heater into running.
