Watson Plumbing has been our “go-to” since living in Tyler. Everyone has been so courteous and professional. Dillon, luckily, came to our home again recently. He had helped us earlier this year with an issue and we were happy he came out again this time. Dillon listens well as the problem is described and he is very thorough in finding a resolution. All the staff are personable, polite and very professional. Watson Plumbing is #1 in our book!
Cannot recommend Watson Plumbing highly enough!! They scheduled me for the day after I called, which was amazing. Diagnosed AND fixed the leak within 2 hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Javier was lovely and answered all my questions. Will be using them again when needed. This was our second time and both times we have been so pleased wirh their skill and professionalism.
Would like to say thanks to Carlos and Lance that came out to my house to replace a hose bib and master shower trim and cartridge. They did the work fast and were very nice to deal with. We also had an issue with the shut off valve at the house. Carlos had the valve on the truck and replaced it in minutes. Top notch service. Thank you!!!

Fix to problem was quick and effective. Great plumbing team! Replacement water heater completed as promised. Quick response and excellent service provider. I highly recommend Watson Plumbing! Dillon is still outstanding! Everything works now. Swapped device. Carlos got it fixed!
