Had a septic tank installed around a year ago, luck of the draw getting it done when they did do it. Had a sewage smell coming from my yard called and asked them to come take a look at it, was told they’d come in a couple days to look at it. No call no show, today I had a plumber come inspect my house plumbing to make sure it wasn’t coming from inside, said they’d be out today and would call me when they were on they way, you guessed it. Called for pool water to be delivered. The water brought looked like pond water and we are 4 days in trying to get it clean and there's so much silt it's almost impossible to clean. Called to see where the water came from and the lady stated a fire hydrant and there was nothing she could do about. We didn't asked them to do anything just simply wanted to know what reservoir or pond this disgusting mess came from. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them period! Hard to believe they have any business with the unprofessionalism the office lady... read more
