We have enjoyed living at 144 Watson Road North for the past year. Our beautiful two bedroom apartment on the 6th floor was just perfect for me and my adult daughter. The views were lovely and all the amenities made the place a joy to live in. Because of the Property Management at this building, Serena and Clint, this property is the best I’ve lived in. I have been living here about four months and absolutely love this place! Super quick and kind maintenance/management staffs, clean hallway, and garbage shoot works well:) one downside is parking spot. You are only assigned one parking lot although you live with other family members who have car, which is common to other apartments anyway. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
Absolutely love this building from the moment my wife and I came for a viewing even till now (over 2 years). The building is super clean and well taken care of and management is so easy to deal with if there are any issues. The mangers are very easy to talk to and really do care about the tenants and the building. I highly recommend this building to any one of any age, it is quiet and people are usually really friendly and respectful.
