Corby Looney was absolutely amazing and helped us throughout the process of buying a new home. She made herself always available and answered every question we had. I'd recommend her to everyone!!!
I can’t express to you how poorly these homes are built. The warranty doesn’t want to fix their problems and Aston woods will kick the can down the road as far as possible in hopes you run out of warranty.
My wife and I learned of the community of Watson Hill during our exhaustive search of finding a home in the area. We were greeted by Mackenzie Pillion at the Model Home. Mackenzie took us through a tour of the home as well as taking us out to look at lots throughout the community. She was so knowledgeable and professional, answered ALL of our questions with a smile on her face and never rushed us. It was such a pleasure meeting her and made us feel very comfortable in the first step of the new home buying process !
It’s a great community with really good people, and that’s about where it stops. The homes are terribly built in almost every phase of construction, with most contractors doing poor-quality work. They also failed to disclose that there is an entire renter section that regularly disrupts homeowner amenities, especially the pool. The experience of buying this house was nothing short of AMAZING. From beginning to end. Jake is a man of integrity. He delivered on everything we spoke about. Dealing with Jake and Macenzie was an absolute pleasure. Tim, Ian and everyone associated with this process were extremely helpful and professional.
