Brian has always treated me fairly. I've never seen him leave a customer unsatisfied.
Watson really got me out of a jam. I had attempted to switch a regular thermostat with a Nest. In the process, I lost power to the thermostat and lost cooling for the house. So, I called at 6:45pm (on a Friday)and got right through to a technician. By 8pm I had Sam at my house. He was polite, fast and efficient. He communicated throughout the process and made sure to fix the problem and to get my Nest fully up and running. Super happy and have a cool house tonight due to Watson.
Can't say enough good things about Watson Heating and Air! I run a large indoor shooting range in Orange County and we have some large commercial units on the roof and some smaller office size units inside our two story building.
