Inept Dental Shysters Watson had been my dentist since 2003. I recently moved 170 miles outside of Fayetteville and had an emergency which the dental staff assured me, several times over the phone, Watson would be able to perform a temporary procedure to alleviate my tooth pain. They scheduled my appointment in 5 days. After traveling 170 miles to Fayetteville, Watson told me there was nothing he could do and then charged me $100 for doing absolutely NOTHING. Puposeful overcharging...watch out if you are a self pay patient! This dentist started by claiming my child had cavities at every other six month visit. I became suspicious, and when I went in recently and was given a 730 dollar treatment write up for three cavities (after 2 cavities six month prior) I knew something was wrong. They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Was this dentist's staff friendly? Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
