My second identical carport purchase from these people. Love the carports. However, I will never do business with them again. I paid 50% down (more than the 15% requested) when ordering in their office. Waited a month for installation. The day before they were to install they called to move up one day. Fine, but I had to take off work for their convenience. Met the installers for correct placement. They had no invoice for me but said I could stop by their office anytime to pay the balance. Fine. I reviewed the records of this account and do apologize for not being able to satisfy Ms. ************ in every way. On April 27, 2020 the carport cover was ordered. We called on both May 14 and on May 15 to schedule install but had no answer so we left a message both times that we can install on Friday, May 22nd.
