I've been using Whatley for years. Whenever I have had to call them they come right away and are very friendly. Today it was 91 and came home to air not working. They came and fixed it in less that three hours. They've always been prompt and being a member don't get charged emergency fees. Also get a discount on parts.

My problem was solved after talking directly to Mr. Watley and his son. They spent hours in the heat of the day to fix my air and even called back days later to see if it was up to par. This is truly a company I would recommend.

Do not bother with this company. They sell you inferior products, do not stand behind the product that they recommend. Do not buy a Bryant air and heating system. My coil went out during warranty It cost me 550 dollars for labor. The unit still does not cool. Watley says the unit does not perform to the specifications. Bryant says it is the install. Called after my AC went out. My unit was still under warranty. Other companies quoted around $500. They only charged the $90 for labor. Explained everything, very professional, and knowledgable. On time and it only took a hour. They did not leave until it was 100% the issue was fixed. Also have me tips on saving on energy costs. Ken and Joe were the Techs.
