Worst experience I have ever had dealing with all things apartment complex. The company is marketed as “luxury apartments,” let me tell you they are anything but. The luxury that we had were droves of toxic black mold in the apartment. My neighbors had a lot of black mold as well over on the 301 side of the apartments. We got it tested by a local mold testing company in Nashville. He said that it was inhabitable and unsafe, that was after 7 days of airing out our apartment. I rented an apartment in this complex and lived in unit 14-05 for about 13–14 months. When I first moved in, all the kitchen cabinets were extremely old and damaged. The flooring was in terrible condition, and it looked like they had only done a quick paint job. The apartment itself was in very poor shape. There was animal hair everywhere. Viera is a great! Jessica went above and beyond showing us around and answering all of my questions. The maintenance team has been quick to respond to any issues. It’s the perfect location and easily accessible to get anywhere in Franklin.

Morgan and Jessica are absolutely amazing! They made the move in process run so smoothly and answered all of my questions and helped me through the whole process! If I could give them more than 5 stars I’d do it in a heart beat!
