I called after hours because I had an emergency with my central cooling system in my apartment. My problem became worst when my friends, who are not licensed, decided to repair the problem, but instead made it worst. I called Chris, described the situation, followed his simple instructions over the phone, and the problem was solved. He was very honest and professional, and not money hungry.
