RecommendedShowed up after hours and had repair options within the 24 hour window. the tech was very informative and explained our repair needs. They gave us different options of repair steps to help meet our budget at the moment.
When my Air Conditioner went up I was in a serious panic. Luckily, I was recommended Chris at Watkins Mechanical. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! I called around 11am and I’m currently making this review sitting over my Air vent cooling off over freezing cold air! I couldn’t be happier with their business!

The AC in our condo on the beach stopped working properly just as we’re about to leave today. Called Chris and he was here within a couple hours. He was honest and no pressure - laid out all the options for us. We’re going to get a new system with him and also enroll in his maintenance program. So thankful we found him!

Amazing customer service. Chris and his team were so quick when our ac decided to call it quits. Had it ordered and installed within days and made sure we were comfortable during the weekend when we waited. They serviced my last system that was 20+ years old and I will be happy to employ them to service the new system as well! They are an amazing company and I would highly recommend them!
Chris came recommended to me and I called him on a client emergency on HVAC blowing only a little cool air downstairs and nothing upstairs during hot move-in day. Chris was super quick to respond to scheduling, quick to fit us in, was on time, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He even gave me follow-up. Would highly recommend!
Can't say enough about Chris and his group of guys. They went above and beyond getting us set up with a new A/C over the weekend. They were prompt, professional and extremely knowledgable. Truly glad I found their number after a friend gave it to me months ago, I'm a customer for life!
