RecommendedBrenda and Bob were extremely helpful and went above and beyond when they serviced our boat trailer. Bob ended up staying past closing hours two consecutive days to get our trailer back in service so we could complete our work on the Illinois River and get back home on time. We can't recommend Watkins enough for print, friendly, and very reasonably priced service!

Mr. Crabtree, we made repairs on you lower unit on 8-12-14. You managed to go out and hit something with your lower unit again 8-11-15 , physical damage caused by striking something is not a warranty issue, we told you what the cost of repair and you declined the repair. This event was more than 2 years ago.
Very happy with the service. Andrew did a great job on our boat.
We were there and as soon as we walked in we were greated and someone came and helped us with our questions and showed us a few boats and trailers. We had baught life vests and the person stood right there and made sure we got what we wanted. Now that is customer service. With a smile even. Great job!!!!
