I have never worked with a more effective and honest person than Marcus Watkins. He sold my home quickly and a very good price. I am 100% convinced that if I had used someone else I wouldn't have sold it quite as easily nor for the price I did. He did such a great job in presenting it and dealing with the buyers agent. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Best of the best.
