The whole staff is super friendly and accommodating!
I love Dr. Watkins and his staff. We are always seen at our appointment times. Whenever we have a major issue that needs immediate attention Dr. Watkins always gets us in. My son was so scared to get a tooth pulled after a bad experience with another doctor and Dr. Watkins made it as painless as possible, while explaining exactly what he was doing, therefore calming my son. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Watkins and his staff. Me and my two children see him and it’s always a pleasurable experience. Time is always taken to address any concerns we have and the staff is always so pleasant and kind. Dr. Watkins and his staff always make us feel comfortable and help our children to not be nervous or scared at their appointments. In my lifetime, I’ve never had a better experience with dental care. From the moment my family and I step through the door to see Dr. Scott Watkins for our appointments, the office staff greets us with a smile. They are able to accommodate our family by scheduling our appointments together. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. Dr. Scott’s way with his patients is sincere and gentle. He takes the time to explain any procedure, making sure every question is answered. Highly recommend!
Wonderful Staff, Calm atmosphere, They let me play Pink Floyd during my last procedure, Everyone is friendly and professional. And they have little TV's right in front of you while your laying in the chair. AND for a nominal fee they have what's called Nitrous Oxide, which calms you during procedures. Overall a great place to take your teeth.
I was scared to go , I have trigeminal Neuralgia but met with Dr. Scott Watkins and he was familiar with my disease and was able to handle removing my tooth. Not that it didn't hurt but went a lot better than I thought. Very happy with his work and the office is great.
