As far as the doctors and nurses, this place is pretty good. But when it comes to simple things like ANSWERING the phone, they are completely useless. I’ve been trying to schedule a follow up appointment for my child and the phone either rings endlessly or transfers to “a voicemail that’s not valid” I hope to God my child never actually has a mental health emergency!
