Rodney an crew at Watkins Auto Care are great did what they said they would do and had it done before they said they would very happy with price an workmanship.
These guys are fantastic. I will not trust anyone else with my cars. They are friendly, courteous, and know what they are talking about.
I was referred to them by a friend and his great experience with them. So I decided to give them a try and had some work done and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with them. They went above and beyond and even stayed until the work was done on my car. There customer service and dedication to do the job right is second to none. I know I won't be going anywhere else but there and I totally recommend them to everyone. Believe me you won't be disappointed.
My first experience with Watkins, and based on that I won't be going anywhere else. Went in for an alignment and they found several issues, one of which needs to be fixed before a complete alignment. They showed me everything that was wrong. I especially like that they did not talk to me like an idiot because I happen to be female. I had an amazing experience, I will definitely return.
Took my vehicle to Watkins, and was promised that the high priority items would be finished in 2 days. Two days later, the high priority items were not even started, and the lowest priority items were half finished, and was charged 65% more than the quoted amount. I had to argue this down to 24% more than I was quoted. Worst experience ever. Don't promise what you can't deliver.
Very friendly and honest. Probably the first time I've ever walked into a mechanic shop and not felt like they were trying to manipulate me into spending more. Went in for an alignment, they recommended new shocks and tires (which I knew), but did up a quite and told me to feel free to call around for a better quote. That kind of confidence speaks for itself.
The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They tell you exactly what is wrong and needed for your vehicle to be repaired.very reasonably priced as well. Beat the dealership by 300 dollars for a brake job on my F-150. Great experience, would recommend these guys to anyone for any auto repairs that you need.
My mom recommended them to me and I won't go anywhere else thank you so much! They are all friendly and they know there job really well
