I stop by with my aunt because she was getting somethings done to her car and ended up engaging in there conversation and telling him what going on with my car he was very nice and so helpful I decided to let him be the one to work on it. It was the best decision! Not only is he very nice and honest he is very reasonable with prices!

Pulled in for an oil change with no appointment. They were kind and courteous, and the service is fantastic. Their office waiting room is super clean, great magazine assortment, free coffee and free wifi. This place is tops!! Will be back every time! 5 stars!!!
Hats off to a superior father/son team- Randy & Repps at Watkins Car Care for working on my van literally, ALL day & late into the evening so I would be back to work the next day. You guys ROCK! Talk about above & beyond! You both are awesome! For the many repairs that were needed, (some expected, some not, lol) you TWO handled it all w grace & ease making sure my vehicle was done right & most importantly, safe to drive. 5 stars Very happy with my experience with Watkins. They are very friendly and honest people. I really liked how Rodney explained everything that needed to be done and didn’t seem to be bothered if I had any questions like any other mechanic I’ve dealt with would’ve been rude about it. I would definitely recommend to everyone who wants the best service and care to come to Watkins!!
