Horrible customer service, my passenger mirror broke during the car wash in the tunnel, supervisor declined all responsibility and accused me of taking the car with the damaged mirror to the car wash, reported to the BBB to resolve this complaint. the supervisor said that never happened before and I just saw few other reviews regarding the same issued.
