10/10 would recommend Water World to anyone considering a pool. We spoke with a few companies in our area about steel/ liner and fiberglass pool options, and Cheryl at Water World stoof out immediately. 5 stars - Outstanding across the board Andrew and Garrett were amazing with sales, took the time to hear my wants on a hot tub and matched them. Professional and friendly Jared and RP did the delivery and were also excellent. On time, precise, friendly and knowledgeable. My pool pump quit working of course on a Friday when we had guests coming for the weekend, I dropped into Water World to see if they could help. They sent over a service technician and had it fixed that day, now that’s what I call service. They installed pool 10 years ago and still looks amazing! Great family run company!
It is not often now a days that a retailer delivers more than what was anticipated. Waterworld Pools did that for us. Kept us informed, worked on budget and delivered sooner than anticipated. Just an excellent job. We can't say enough. Thanks.
My dealings with them has been fantastic all around from the design and the install to opening and customer care. I would recommend Water World to anyone.
