It is not often now a days that a retailer delivers more than what was anticipated. Waterworld Pools did that for us. Kept us informed, worked on budget and delivered sooner than anticipated. Just an excellent job. We can't say enough. Thanks.
My dealings with them has been fantastic all around from the design and the install to opening and customer care. I would recommend Water World to anyone.
My hot tub cover got ruined in last winter’s ice storm. Andrew was very helpful ordering a new one. The measuring system was a little confusing, but the cover I got in the end looks great and fits perfectly. They delivered it to my cottage.
I went in to get some help with my pool and the 2 ladies working were amazing and attentive
I would like to make mention of the excellent customer service from Waterworld and special mention of Katie. Her patience and kindness through my pool crisis when my mother passed was so appreciated.
