Water world is in the process of installing our pool, our stone patio AND some fairly complicated footings. Their expertise is unparalleled and their team is extremely hardworking. It is obvious that they have this process down to a science. Darryl, the owner, is very conscientious and knowledgeable. The whole team is very approachable and easy to work with. It's been a dream of ours to one day have a pool. With lots of searching and research we chose to go with Waterworld Pools. Although they were far from us, we have no regrets. I've never experience such wounderful customer service from start to finish. The whole team was amazing, they definitely know what they were doing and you could tell they like what they do. Absolutely great service here! They went above and beyond to help us out, opening the doors as we got there when they were closed just to help us get our hotub part we need! They’re so nice and kind here and ready to help your every need and there actually happy to help!
Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. They made a total mess of my yard putting the pool up. Left cigarette butts. Took my patio chairs off my deck and had them in the mud stuck and dirty. The pool was not put up correctly and did not meet my deck. The package was not complete. When I tried to talk to the manager, she just asked if I pressed the on switch does the motor run and I said yes.
