We are just 4 lessons down and while Toni is a good instructor the scheduling process at this place is a nightmare. I took my two kids to their private lesson only to be told by another parent there that lessons for the day were cancelled! I called their office and had to tell them instead of the other way around. I am now in the middle of a nightmare trying to reschedule the lessons. I’m not sure why it’s so complicated but what doesn’t help is every time you call their office you talk to someone new and start all over agai... read more

Celebrated our daughter's 5th bday party here and it was an amazing experience!! Her bday theme was Finding Dory, so the pool setting was perfect. The facility is very clean and has a very nice ambience too All the birthday coordinators went out of their way to make it a fun experience for the kids as well as the parents. The pool games were too much fun for the kids who didn't want to come out of the pool at all All in all a great experience, highly recommend it for bday parties ��

I have Merpeople. The instructors are wonderful and adjust to each of my children's ability seamlessly. I have a very sensitive child who didn't want to put his face in the water. His instructor simply explained that he had all his fingers and toes each time he put his head under and came out and that was it. It clicked. We come everyday for semi-private lessons and all of the kids have learned to be safe in the water and are swimming. I have a super motivated kiddo and he is doing great as well, my daughter was floating by ... read more

We have been with Waterworks for while and love it. All the are instructors good and immediately take the child's level and ability in mind to work with them. We do not have regular schedule hence the different instructors everytime we come in but as I mentioned they all are very competent. I like the flexibility of scheduling a class just hours before and cancelling the class 2 hours before if one cannot make it. Good job....thumbs up waterworks!!!

I joined Waterworks Aquatics at their Sunnyvale location (City sports Club) for my 5 year old twins during Summer - They are very good when they sign you in, the instructors keep changing, the schedules are all way off, IT IS A SCHEDULING NIGHTMARE - not customer friendly it revolves around the instructors , in spite of a good technique and a couple of good instructors - THE WHOLE THING IS REALLY SAD! FIRST TRY OUT - once you like an instructor make sure you are """GUARANTEED" the instructor your kids and you like

We've attended three Beginner Parent and Me classes with our one-year-old and have enjoyed them greatly! We've switched each week which parent goes in the water. Quick classes make for not too cranky babies. The instructors we've had have both been great (Sophia and Susie). Our little one shows improvement each week as she gets more comfortable in the water. So nice to get her out of the house (even when the weather isn't great).
