very nice staffs, good instructors. Both of my kids love coming here.
The instructors are great and my son has been progressing across levels quickly. That said.... What sucks is their back office ops- they have cancelled or rescheduled lessons adhoc- literally 5minutes before the scheduled class. We turn up and they say “instructor called in sick”. We have had this happen 4-5times. We have had classes reschedule from the morning to afternoon on a weekend completely messing up our schedules- getting to an agent and talking through this has been a painful experience. My daughter just turned 4 year old last week and today she got herself a great birthday present, a level 7 ribbon^^. She loves the instructors and she always has so much fun swimming here.
I love this place and the manager of the instructors Sarah is great
I love everything about this place, especially the kiddie play pool
