This was installed in a home I purchased but a faulty washer / seat meant that the faucet dripped onto a wood counter, staining it. After numerous attempts to contact support to try to obtain a new seat & washer as well as to obtain simple information about the seat wrench size needed to properly install (every single hardware store and plumbing supply store in the DMV area did not have the necessary tool), I was told to purchase an entirely new faucet.
