3 stars Slow service even though it wasn’t very busy. Nachos were cold, chewy Microwave like chicken and not very tasty. Wings were just ok Shouldn’t have to ask for drink refills or basic necessities associated with eating out if you want return business. We weren’t very impressed.
My niece’s wedding was here on Saturday. We were so disappointed, I don’t even know where to start. On Friday, while we were setting up the tables, we cleaned the cold air return vents, they were filthy as is the rest of the facility. On Saturday, the parking attendant requested that my 79 year father park two buildings down. The cake was never served until later in the evening. First time there, for Sunday brunch today, but won't be my last. Our server, Lauren L, was fantastic. If only every server could be as good as her, eating out would be a much better experience. She did her job perfectly, was friendly and happy. Makes eating out that much better! Food was great. Atmosphere was good. My only complaint was that I could not move after I was done! We are anxious to try it out at other times. Please make certain to give Lauren an attaboy! And she deserves a raise too! lol
RecommendedWaterWorks hosted our event Friday evening. Tim was amazing to work with as was his staff. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer evening. We had close to 300 people there. Everyone raved over the food and how nice everything was. Thank you Tim and many thanks to your staff for a perfect evening!!
Waterworks Event Center is THE place for weddings in Westmoreland County! I would recommend Waterworks and Carson's catering 100 times over for any bride in the area. The reception hall sells itself with its already gorgeous decor, not to mention the hall comes with uplighting of many different color options! The food was out of this world! We hosted my daughter's wedding at Waterworks Event Center this past weekend. Waterworks is the place for weddings for so many reasons, what a fantastic staff, amazing food (because of Chef Jim's tremendous care), and complete attention to detail. Tim Carson could not be more accommodating; everything we asked for, he delivered. The few things we needed corrected, were addressed right away. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the employees are very professional since they are very well respectful. The owner introduced himself to me and was very kind to give me a brief history about the place! I’ll be definitely coming back! I was there during karaoke which was a Wednesday!
