The staff is the best I have ever experienced. The atmosphere makes you feel like a part of the family. A great place to go and wind down with friends.
place sucks and the karaoke dj is a narcissistic douchebag. doesn't know the first thing about making music sound good. or getting on the knobs to help the singers. music was flat with no life at all, unless he was singing lol all kinds of effects. still not good. never going back. been to alot of places and i must say we love our karaoke, this was possibly... no def. the worst we have ever seen
A trashy business owner is no way to get business. You never tell a bride who just wants to PAY YOU that she's an 'inconvenience'. You shouldn't yell at her when she comes in with her check book to write a check for 3 grand, and tell her you 'should have known she wouldn't be able to AFFORD you' this place is a joke and I'm glad she decided AGAINST this facility. Overpriced. Non sustainable. Poor service. Bad event planning. Do not respect customers. Great spot for a road block. Hope you like your DUI.
Great location and atmosphere. Friendly owners, and the best group of bartenders in any other bar in the area. Successful bars keep out the scum and this place is no exception.
Just a suggestion for the owners. Professionalism goes a long way. You don't corner the bride on her wedding day and call her a liar, nor do you threaten the groom to ruin his day. I don't know a hell of a lot about business but I'm pretty sure taking swings at patrons is not a good way to promote your business. Any issues should not be dealt with in front of guests. You have an otherwise beautiful venue and I just think acting less trashy might go a long way for you.
Any owner of an establishment who threatens to ruin the reception of a bride and groom, calls the bride a liar when the owner had nothing to do with the arrangements is a huge problem. Her behavior was an embarrassment to an otherwise nice wedding venue. I still can't believe how unprofessional she was as she pointed her finger in the groom's face in the foyer as people were coming in.
