Got the best exterior wash and towel dry because I was having vinyl installed. I was also in a hurry. Their service was top notch! Car was squeaky clean and thoroughly dried. My car is a 2018 Dodge Charger and they took great care of it.

I purchased a used vehicle and it was quite obvious the former owner was a heavy smoker. I tried several “home remedies” that just didn’t cut it. We called Waterwerks and they had some ideas. We made an appointment and WOW! They did a fantastic job and spent extra time to make sure they got the job done! The detailer did a great job and The GM was great to work with and made sure we were happy with their work.
I usually go here and decided to stop at paradise in savage because of convenience. Worst decision ever!!! They did a terrible job and the customer service was very disappointing. So I went straight to waterwerks and told them what had happened. Even though it wasn’t their problem or mistake they treated it like it was and did an amazing job!!! Their staff and service was amazing and my car is now the best I think it has ever looked. Thank you so much for the great car wash from the inside out and helping a girl out �
