I asked what wash would get all the bugs off my car, it was suggested that I buy the deluxwash. after exiting the wash i still had bugs all over the windshield. when i complained I was handed a towel to wipe the windshield myself. there was still dirt on the tailgate and wheels. Very poor customer service. not impressed at all.

Went to WaterWerks for the first time last night and had the best experience! I got the Werks wash and couldn't be happier with how my car looks. There was a LOT of dog hair to be vacuumed out and they got it all! All of the staff were super friendly and it only took about 20 minutes. I will definitely be going back!
