I JUST left and the service was HORRIBLE!! Windows still dirty, spots still on car just horrible! They did not take their time at alll! Very displeased

So disappointed in Waterway, my windows were not touched with the package I purchased in previous visits they were. Customers pay $14 for a car wash and a mediocre vacuum not worth it!!!!

If I could give this facility a zero star rating I would! My husband and I came in to town from out of state to visit family. We decided to get the bugs off of our one month old Jeep and found Waterway using Google. BIG Mistake!! Their brushes/car wash scratched the rear passenger door of my brand new car!! My Jeep doesn’t even have 1000 miles on it yet!! My husband tried calling their customer service which was a joke so he returned to the store. RecommendedI was visiting St. Louis in mid-April and had a great experience at the Kingshighway Express Waterway Carwash. It was the first time I'd ever been to a Waterway Carwash as I'm from Iowa. The service associates were incredibly kind, the wash was quick, and the car looked great when I left! Would definitely recommend to others.
I have gone to this Waterway twice, and both times they did a half-assed job. If I pay for the premium package I expect a premium cleaning. They left my dashboard and console dirty, they didn’t remove the floor mats in the back before vacuuming so there was still dirt under them. They also left water spots on my rear window. You are better off cleaning your car yourself than paying for them to do a job so half-assed it looks like you just ran it through a gas station car wash!!!!!
