I was told my truck was too dirty to wash. I would have to spray it off and then come back. I said "I have to go wash my truck and then bring it back for you to wash it?" I was told yes. I went to a self serve wash in Parker, washed it myself, and spent less money. Won't ever go back.
I got my car washed on a Monday, Tuesday it rained, continued to rain all day Wednesday, so I took it in after it stopped. They refused to even consider the rain guarantee because it was passed the 24 hours. As I explained to them that it didn't make sense to bring it in the next day due it still raining, they advised me it would only be honored the next day so they can waste time and wash it in the rain. I used to love this place, decent prices and they do a decent job UNTIL the line got messed up somehow and the young girl was NOT paying attention and my car got jammed between two others! I honked my horn repeatedly and the girl was no where to be seen. I now have over $500 worth of damage on my vehicle and although they are paying for the damages and a rental car it could have been handled better or avoided in the first place! Terrible customer service, unable to put two cars on one monthly membership account. Told by management to pound sand and given no real help. Was looking to put two cars on for monthly membership. No stress Waterway I will take my $792 per year elsewhere.
