I got the "The Whole Thing" on 6/25 which includes pretty much everything interior and exterior minus hand-waxing and mat shampooing. It was not very busy at Waterway, but I was still prepared to wait a while since I got the high-end wash. Only about 10-15 min went by from the time I left my car to when they came to collect me. I would normally recommend but not today and I still tipped but shouldn’t have they did an awful job for a $38 dollar was and detail . I should have just went through a drive through and did it myself . What an incredible waste of money and one of the boys working on the car was very rude when I asked him if he could still see the dirty carpets and dashboard

i dont recomend using snow flake companies i pay for a wash and vaccum the Last 4 times I went I have not been able to vacuum my vehicle . Making their entire thing a waste of my money.

While there may be some waiting time, our staff is working hard to get all customers into vacuum lanes as they open. RecommendedCar wash malfunctioned while I was in it and when I came out the guy say go around again and will give you a Deluxe on us for the mishap. I love when businesses address the elephant in the room and don't wait for you to bring the issue to their attention.
