I was very fortunate to have been referred to the Waterware store in Danbury. Even before I walked into the showroom, I had a very positive experience with a team member, Nasir Amarah. Nasir has been very responsive and went out of his way to obtain information and responses for me via email. I then went to the store and happened to be assisted by Nasir. Have worked with them a few times, always a good experience. Nas was great to work with as well.
Working with Nazir was amazing. The jacuzzi was a difficut item to find. He worked hard in finding the tub that fit our needs. His communication was great.
Naz was very helpful! We could not find what I needed but he looked several times in several different ways. Next time I need something I will definitely go to him first! Thank you For all your help!
