Excellent views. Overall nice setup of apartment. Absolutely terrible when it comes to resolving noise complaints. Was told that because the smoke detector that was beeping every 2 minutes for 30 days straight, that was coming from the maintenance closet they work out of across from my apartment was not an issue they needed to address right away because the noise wasn't coming from my place.
