The Lady that helped me was very nice she everything to make sure I got approved I had my paperwork and got approved in two days she was good I would recommend her any day thanks for everything.

I lived at Watervue Apartments and they were fine when my fiance and I first moved in. The most prominent issue that is not just a me issue is the parking. The parking is atrocious, there is hardly any spaces for people who don’t either reserve a spot or have a garage. The reserved spots are also about four spots maybe on each side of the building and are often occupied by business vans (internet or plumbing usually).
