Dr. Chang is very friendly and help my daughter calm, the customer service is good too.
The staff is fantastic, and I had a great experience. The two biggest differentiators for me are: 1) Dr. Chang reviewed everything with me, and educated me on my teeth; what happens and why certain things are important. I learned a lot of basic information that had never been explained to me before. 2) Financial costs were reviewed with me prior to my service, which detailed my insurance coverage, etc. This was very transparent and unfortunately fairly rare in the healthcare field.
I love the customer service as soon as you walk thru the door! And then the carefulness they take in everything they do. Dr. Chang is not out to just do work on your teeth, he wants a thought out plan and explains all that to you. All the staff are very nice and caring and every experience my family has had there has been a positive one. If you are looking for a dentist who wants to help you and not just make more problems for your teeth, this is the place!
My daughter, who turns 18 this month, has a huge fear of dentists. We have never found a dentist that helped calm her fears until she met Dr. Chang. Him and his staff are amazing with her. The way they included her in her treatment plan, listened to every concern, and answered every question really made her feel comfortable. I am confident that this will be her dentist for many years. I strongly recommend Waterview Dentistry and Dr. Chang.
